Protection of personal data

2. The provided personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a), lit. b) and lit. f) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter: "General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data" or "GDPR").
3. The processing of personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract (provision of services by electronic means) or for taking steps prior to the conclusion of the contract, in particular for the purpose of:
   • creating and managing an Account;
   • handling and execution of the Order;
   • carry out the payment process;
   • handling of complaints and notifications submitted via the contact form;
   • making contact in connection with the performance of the contract (provision of the service);
   • adding opinions on products;
4. The processing of personal data takes place on the basis of the consent of Users or Customers, given voluntarily and consciously in relation to a specific purpose of data processing clearly and specifically indicated in the content of this consent.

Regardless of the form of ordering (with or without registration), we ask the customer for an e-mail address and data necessary to complete the order: name, surname, street, house number, apartment number, zip code, city and telephone number, and in the case of business activity additionally, also its name and NIP number. The last step in registering an account is accepting these regulations.
6. By contacting us using the contact form, you provide us with data such as name and surname, company name, order number and e-mail address to which we are to send the answer. These data are used only for contact in a given case, for the time necessary to handle the request and are not collected or processed by the Data Administrator.
7. When visiting our website, data about your visit is automatically collected, e.g. your IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, etc. These data will be used only for statistical purposes.
8. If you subscribed to our newsletter, or otherwise agreed to receive it, you will receive advertising and promotional messages regarding the company's offer by e-mail.
9. The data controller will not resell our clients' personal data to third parties. Data collected during registration will be processed only to allow you to log into our system, make a possible purchase and to perform the contract. Personal data included in the Administrator's database are processed solely for the Administrator's needs, they are not and will not be shared with other external entities.

If you have purchased goods, you may receive messages from us regarding the status of your order and occasional advertising and promotional messages related to the store's offer, if you have previously agreed to receive this type of information. We can also contact you by phone if we have important information about your order and it is necessary for its fulfillment.
11. The customer is entitled to:
    • the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof,
    • the right to rectify (correct) your data,
    • the right to delete data, limit data processing,
    • the right to object to data processing,
    • the right to data portability.

      The customer also has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of his personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
12. The Administrator's databases are encrypted and protected against unauthorized access by third parties. Data processing takes place only with the participation of persons having the necessary authorization to process data in this respect. Entrusting data to external entities takes place on the basis of appropriate contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data.
13. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary for the transaction on the sklepicecup.pl website and for considering complaints and are processed for the duration of the Customer's account in the store.

By remembering his preferences, he enables the appropriate adjustment of advertisements addressed to him.
